Haeru(以下稱「本服務」)由開發者 hao chun hung(以下稱「我們」)提供。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、為什麼收集、如何使用,以及你可以怎麼控制這些資料。

我們不會出售你的個人資料,也不會把資料提供給第三方做與本服務無關的行銷。
資料儲存於我們的伺服器(位於日本),傳輸全程使用 HTTPS 加密。帳號資料保存到你刪除帳號為止;位置資料不保存;伺服器記錄最多保存 30 天。
你可以隨時要求查閱、更正或刪除你的資料。刪除帳號請見 帳號刪除說明,或寄信到下方信箱,我們會在 14 天內處理,刪除後帳號、進度、購買紀錄與投稿內容皆無法復原。
本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象,也不會蓄意收集其資料。
政策更新時會在本頁公告並更新生效日。
Haeru ("the Service") is provided by hao chun hung ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how it is used, and what control you have over it.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for unrelated marketing.
Data is stored on our servers in Japan and transmitted over HTTPS. Account data is kept until you delete your account; location is not stored; server logs are kept for at most 30 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your account, see the account deletion page or email us below. Requests are handled within 14 days. Deletion is irreversible and removes your account, progress, purchase records and posts.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
