Delete your Haeru account

Delete inside the app (fastest)
Sign in to Haeru → top-right Menu → "Delete account" at the bottom → confirm. The account is deleted immediately and every signed-in device is logged out.
Or request by email
- From the email address you use to sign in (or your Google account email), write to dyson0913jp@gmail.com.
- Subject: "Delete Haeru account". Include your sign-in email in the body.
- We will reply to confirm your identity, then delete the account within 14 days and notify you.
What is deleted
- Account (email, display name, password hash)
- Game progress, collections, energy and gem balance, leaderboard entries
- Your comments, posts and feedback
What is kept
- Payment transaction IDs and amounts, retained for 5 years for tax purposes but unlinked from your account.
- Server logs, automatically purged after at most 30 days.
Deletion is irreversible; purchased energy and unlocked content are not refunded. See the Privacy Policy.
